This space is available for hire 7 days a week! * Minimum 3 Hours Hire For Weekend Bookings Capacity: 10 Seated At Boardroom Table 16 With Extra Seating In Room Dimensions: Meeting Room 6m x 4m - Includes 10 Seats & 1 Boardroom Table 123cm x 244cm Venue Hire Rates: Meeting Room £40 per hour *For Bookings from 7am - 9am the hourly booking fee is £60 per hour *For Bookings from 7pm - 10pm the hourly booking fee is £70 per hour *For Bookings from 10pm - 6am the hourly booking fee is £90 per hour Minimum 2 hours required for meeting room hire. * Minimum 3 Hours Hire For Weekend Bookings Extras: Chairs £3 per extra chair (6 Available) Equipment Stage Lighting - Godox & Coloured Stage Lights £75 Wireless Microphones £20 per microphone Whiteboard £12 Catering (You MUST hire or bring your own table & chair covers if you intend to serve food/drink on our table.) Catering From £20 per head - We Only Offer Vegan Food Only Menu Available on venue hire page Cleaning Fee £20 - Applies for meetings with more than 3 people or for filming and to bring your own food and drinks. You can serve your guests alcohol but you cannot sell alcohol at our premises. (No red wine or staining food allowed in meeting room) Table Cover £16 Chair Covers £2.50 per Cover Disposable Cutlery 10p per Fork, Knife, Spoon, Plate, Bowl, Cup or Glass VAT is included in all fees.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your booking we reserve the right to cancel your booking and refuse you entry into the premises and you shall not be due any refund. If you arrive more than 20 minutes early for your booking we reserve the right to refuse you entry into the premises until 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time. SSD Card Hire & File Transfer Files will be sent to you within 3 working days of your recording unless you pay for Express. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making your booking, you shall be entitled to a full refund minus a £15 administration fee. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled booking you shall be charged a fee of 15% of your total booking fee plus a £15 administration fee. If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled booking you shall be charged a fee of 25% of your total booking fee plus a £15 administration fee. If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before your scheduled booking you shall not be due any refund. You can reschedule your booking once free of charge as long as you provide us at least 14 days notice ahead of your scheduled booking. If you reschedule your booking more than once or less than 14 days of your scheduled booking then you shall be charged a fee of 15% of your total booking fee. If you reschedule your booking less than 7 days of the scheduled booking then we shall charge you a fee of 20% of your total booking fee and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you shall not be due any refund. If you reschedule your booking more than twice we shall charge you an additional fee of £50 and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you shall not be due any refund. All rescheduled bookings must take place within 1 month of the first booking date. Overtime If your podcast recording goes more than 10 minutes over your allotted booking time, you will be charged £70 per hour on weekday sessions or £95 per hour on weekday sessions after 5pm and weekend sessions. Late Amendments Fee If you make any changes (e.g SSD Card hire or change to extra cameras etc) to your booking less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you shall be charged a Late Amendments Fee of £15 + VAT. This fee is also payable for any changes made less than 7 days ahead of a package booking session which is booked as part of a package. This must be paid before your session can take place.
