£55 per hour*
You will have exclusive access to the open plan area, meeting room & breakout room included with your venue hire booking.
*For Bookings from 7am - 9am the hourly booking fee is £75 per hour
*For Bookings from 6pm - 8pm & Weekends the hourly booking fee is £65 per hour
*For Bookings from 8pm - 10pm the hourly booking fee is £85 per hour
*For Bookings from 10pm - 6am the hourly booking fee is £125 per hour
Filming is welcome.
Minimum 3 hour booking required. A refundable deposit of £160 is required for all venue hire bookings.
Weekend Bookings Rates Start From £65 per hour
A £20 Deposit is payable to view our venue before booking.
All fees include VAT.
Cleaning Fee of £40 is Applied If You Use Any Furniture.
You can choose any extras to add on in the booking form!
