We’ve won the Highly Commended T Level Employer Of The Year at the London Skills Awards
We’re delighted to share that Mango Studios LDN has won the Highly Commended for the Gatsby T Level Employer of the Year Award at the London Regional Apprenticeship and Skills Awards 2026.
We were honoured to be recognised alongside big names like IBM, BAE Systems and the Department for Work and Pensions. IBM was the overall winner of our category but to be runners-up to them and take home the Highly Commended Award, especially in the same category amongst these giants... For a small business like ours, that’s huge!
For those who may not know, alongside our podcast and video production work, we run Mango Studios LDN Academy. We’ve been proud T Level Ambassadors since June 2023 and have delivered over 100 T Level placements for young people aged 16–25.
Purpose has always been at the heart of what we do here and that extends beyond the content we make.
Working with young people, helping them build confidence and giving them space to try new things is a big part of that too. We want our studio to be a place where students can play, try new things and learn more about themselves, as well as pick up new skills. Somewhere they feel listened to, build their confidence and discover what they’re capable of. Whether that leads to a future in the creative industries, a job or even starting their own business, we want to help young people see the possibilities ahead.
It hasn’t all been one way either. We’ve learnt a lot from the young people who’ve come through our doors too and the fresh perspectives they bring. It has reinforced why we're so passionate about what we do.
Thank you to the judges for shining a light on the work small businesses are doing and a huge thank you to everyone who’s taken part in T Levels with us; we’ve loved having you here and look forward to welcoming many more!
